Role Description:

· Configuration of Palo Alto, FortiGate, firewalls & Cisco IPS.

· Design of network & security solutions as per the new requirements.

· Configuration of Cisco routers and switches (creation of VLAN, trunk interfaces, routing etc.)

· Configuration of MacAfee proxy, RSA, Pulse Secure VPN

· Configuration of F5 LTM, WAF, ASM which includes creation of virtual server, pools, load balancing, etc.

· Management of Cortex XDR EDR solution which includes upgrades, isolation of endpoints, addition of IOC’s etc.

· Troubleshooting of network & security issues on premise and cloud

· Management of Cisco Wireless Solution

· Management of NAC solution

· Management of email security appliance (Cisco ESA)

· Liaise with Vendors for network or security enhancement.

· Management of Etisalat links connectivity (MPLS/ Lease line/ PRI/ ADSL) of colocation

· data center, DR site, branches, and head office.

· Network changes at primary site due to DR Drill or in BCP situation.

· Configuration and management of IP Telephony network like (CUCM, UCCX)

· Management of Call recording solution (Calabrio and Imagicle)

· VAPT fixes and remediation highlighted by Risk team.

· Remote Switch / router configuration / re-configuration,

· LAN & WAN Management

· Incident Management,

· Monthly Configuration Backups

· IP address management

· Capacity reports on port availability, utilization and performance

· Provide, manage, and maintain DNS/DHCP Services

· Implement defined web access requirements and standards via firewall rule sets

· Check for compliance to defined security and configuration standards including internet content filtering.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and oversee the installation of electrical systems in data centres.
2. Data centre electrical designs and collaboration with other disciplines to create a construction document set.
3. Creation of Electrical system designs which meet or exceed our quality requirements and fall within our budgetary requirements.
4. Conduct energy audits and recommend energy-saving solutions.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with mechanical and IT infrastructure.
6. Ensure compliance with national and international electrical codes and standards.
7. Manage projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 5 - 10 years of experience in electrical design for data centres.
• 2+ years of experience developing design documentation (plans, specifications, etc. for a Tier 3 Data centre).
• Prior experience working on ADDC projects and knowledge on EWR (2020) is essential.
• Detailed understanding of uninterruptable power sources, diesel generators, electrical switchgear, power distribution units, variable frequency drives, automatic/static transfer switches and other mission critical equipment.
• Familiarity with medium voltage distribution systems design.
• Basic understanding of mechanical equipment and system design.
• Direct experience with the construction, operation, or maintenance of data centres.
• Ability to research and deploy new designs, technologies, and construction methods of data centre equipment and facilities.
• must have relevant Data centre certifications.
• Experience with energy management and setting up solar plants
• Familiarity with CAD software and data centre infrastructure management (DCIM) tools.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop HVAC systems for data centres to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
2. Manage the entire lifecycle of HVAC projects, from concept to commissioning.
3. Ensure that all designs comply with local UAE regulations and international standards.
4. Perform thermal load and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HVAC solutions with other data centre systems.
6. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
7. Stay updated with the latest advancements in HVAC technologies and data centre cooling solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 5 - 10 years of experience in mechanical design with a focus on HVAC systems in data centres.
• Deep understanding of data centre mechanical systems and cooling control schemes.
• Experience evaluating design, performance for rack and room level products.
• Proficiency with FEA and CFD-based analysis tools.
• Knowledge of industry standards such as ASHRAE, NFPA, ANSI etc.
• Prior experience on ADDC standards is essential.
• Familiarity with the regulations and standards governing HVAC systems in the UAE.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 5 - 10 years of experience in civil design, specifically for data centres.
• Proven experience with civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
• Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modelling) processes.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Experience in managing large-scale civil projects, preferably in the data centre industry.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• Relevant professional certifications in civil engineering

Essential Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, computer science or related field
• Cisco Certification CCNA and CCNP, CCIE, CISSP
• ITIL certified
• Minimum 3 years in Network Administration role
• Minimum 7 years' experience in network & security
• Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet & F5 experience

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

1. Excellent technical knowledge of pcs and desktop hardware.
